Hi T:  The below is the information I get from Crescent Resources at the time we created the application about the ownership entities.  Yell if the below does not suffice.  Also,  I am trying right now to find out how the group wants to address staff comments.  If you need to, just go ahead and write up the staff report based on the current plan and I will just address staff issues at the hearing or by letter to you prior to the hearing whichever way you think would go smoothest.  Thanks for everything!  L

Based on feedback received from J.P. Morgan regarding the Ownership of the two tracts being considered for rezoning, the Owner of Building One (tax parcel 14327302) is Coliseum Ground One, Inc., Building Two ( tax parcel 14327301) is Coliseum Ground Two, Inc..

 

Note that Acquiport Coliseum Center, Inc. was merged into New Coliseum Properties, Inc. on Feb. 11, 2002. I believe New Coliseum Properties, Inc. owns the improvements on both tracts, however when the City sold the two ground lease tracts the new Coliseum Ground One and Two entities were created.

 

Also, please change the Ownership mailing address to read:         c/o J.P. Morgan

                                                                                                     245 Park Avenue

                                                                                                     2nd fl.

                                                                                                     New York, NY. 10167

 

When do we need to submit the Application for December?
