This is to advise that the
Petitioner under Zoning Ordinance Text Amendment Application No. 2012-022, BECO
South, LLC, hereby withdraws this Zoning Ordinance Text Amendment Application.
The Petitioner and I appreciate all
of the assistance that the Planning Staff has provided on this matter.
It is my understanding that the
Petitioner will receive a refund of the filing fee. Please let me know if
you will mail the check to me or if you want me to pick it up when it is ready.
